PROFILE OF THE EDITOR.
Karl Mair is a native of Jamaica, studied at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, Connecticut. Also attended Mico College and the Edna Manley College for the Visual Arts in Kingston, Jamaica with over twenty years of teaching experience at the secondary and tertiary levels.
Presently Principal Lecturer and Head of the Technology Department at Church Teachers' College: Mandeville, Jamaica. Public Relations Officer for the Jamaica Association for Open and Distance Learning (JADOL) an affiliate of the Commonwealth of Learning. Site Coordinator of the intra-island Distance Education Center an extra-mural campus of the University of the West Indies, Mona.Academic Qualification:
Master of Science in Educational Systems Technology.
Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts.
